Job summary

Novotel Amsterdam City, a large Accor hotel in Amsterdam, seeks a friendly Front Office team member. You will collaborate with a close-knit team of about 135 colleagues to welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out with a focus on service excellence.

Requirements include Front Office experience, strong English skills, and availability for five days weekly, plus familiarity with PMS Opera or similar systems. This on-site role offers growth within a leading hotel group.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team member, who has a true passion for hospitality, likes to work within a team, is flexible with an eye for detail. Besides this you have;

• Preferably, previous experience in Front Office;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language;
• You are available for 5 days a week;
• Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems.
