Job summary

INNSiDE by Melia in Noord-Holland seeks a proactive Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out, ensuring memorable stays. You will greet guests, handle requests, and maintain the highest standards of courtesy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are passionate, energetic, with experience responding to guest reviews and familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS. Melia International experience is a plus, though not required.

Qualifications

• Passionate and energetic individuals.
• Previous experience with answering guest reviews.
• Ideally experience with Opera Cloud PMS.
• Preferable Melia International experience (not required)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and manage first impressions on arrival.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures and guest requests with courtesy.
• Promote sales through upsells and product knowledge.
• Manage stayovers and ensure high service standards throughout the guest stay.
