Job summary

Meliá Hotels International is looking for an INNSiDE Front Office Agent in Hoek van Holland to welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and deliver memorable service with energy and a local INNSiDER touch.

As the first point of contact, you will create outstanding first impressions, handle guest requests, promote upsells, and assist with stayovers while maintaining service standards; Opera Cloud PMS experience is a plus, and opportunities to work across many countries are available.

Qualifications

• Experience answering guest reviews.
• Ideally experience with Opera Cloud PMS.
