Melia Hotels International is seeking an INNSiDE Front Office Agent in Amsterdam. You will work with a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle check-in/check-out, and manage guest requests with a friendly and professional approach.

You will promote services through upselling and bring local INNSiDER energy to create memorable stays, while welcoming guests with a smile from first contact through departure. International exposure comes with the role.

Qualifications

• Passionate and energetic individuals.
• Experience with answering guest reviews.
• Ideally experience with Opera Cloud PMS.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests on arrival and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures and manage guest requests face to face or by phone.
• Upsell products and services using knowledge of Melia offerings to enhance guest experience.
