Exactpi Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a French Speaking Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers. You will provide timely information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across channels.

Qualifications

• Native-level French or C2 proficiency.
• 1 to 3 years of customer care or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide information regarding products, services, orders, and account-related questions.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Work closely with departments such as Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Finance.
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Support customer onboarding activities when required.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards.
