Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking a Freelance CRM Data Analyst to transform customer data into growth strategies from our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll build reporting models, map cohort behaviors, and translate data into strategies that optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

You’ll work in the Customer Strategy team to analyze buying behavior, retention drivers, and lifecycle trends, delivering actionable insights and automated dashboards for leadership and marketing teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data analytics within ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Experience building reporting models and dashboards for decision making.
• Ability to map customer lifetime value (CLV) drivers and retention patterns.
• Proficiency with BI tools to automate dashboards and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Customer Intelligence & cohort mapping to identify CLV opportunities.
• Extract insights on CLV drivers and retention to improve campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Build and manage RFM models and segmentation frameworks for targeted marketing.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards delivering clear CLV performance reports.
