Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a hands-on Data CRM analyst & Acquisition Consultant to drive customer growth for a B2B trade platform. This is a highly operational role, where you build, execute, and optimize campaigns yourself rather than relying on agencies alone.

Based in the Netherlands or the UK, you will run CRM programs across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty, while managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• 4 years proven experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and performance marketing.
• Hands-on execution skills; able to set up and run campaigns independently.
• Experience building CRM foundations, processes, and customer journeys from scratch.
• Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
• Comfortable working independently and driving projects from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM campaigns across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty programs.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Build customer journeys, audience segments, and communications plans from ground up.
• Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve results.
• Focus on revenue growth and customer value over vanity metrics.
