JetBrains invites applications for GrowthBricks, a project aiming to empower GTM teams with a shared business brain. As Founding Tech Lead, you’ll own architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer, turning fragmented context into reliable memory and actionable workflows.

You will craft production primitives, make key architectural decisions, and deliver value from day one with real users and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and refining LLM applications, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people.
Experience designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations.
Knowledge of context management, memory patterns, prompting strategies, and tool orchestration.

Responsibilities

Design the core architecture: business context, agents, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
Build agentic workflows that reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
Develop context extractors from GTM assets like calls, emails, docs, CRM data, campaigns.
Collaborate on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack and choose appropriate tech for each layer.
