Job summary

OpenUp is seeking a Founding Account Executive to establish and scale our presence in Belgium from the ground up. You will own the medium enterprise segment end-to-end, shaping strategy, and driving pipeline and deals in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Based in Amsterdam or Belgium, you will collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to win opportunities, build a Belgium network, and represent the voice of the market to the team.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong English communication.
• Based in Belgium or Amsterdam; open to remote/hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Belgium medium enterprise sales process from prospecting to close.
• Build pipeline, plan sales conversations, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to shape strategy.
• Represent the voice of the Belgian market to the team.
