Job summary

OpenUp is seeking a Founding Account Executive for Belgium to build and lead our presence in the Belgian market. You will own the medium enterprise segment end-to-end, shaping strategy, positioning, and how we win, with close collaboration across BD, CS, Marketing, and leadership.

You will join our European sales team from the ground up, acquiring new partners and clients, building a pipeline, and representing OpenUp to HR leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to medium enterprises.
• Familiar with CRMs like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own Belgium market from first contact to contract.
• Build pipeline and close deals end-to-end.
• Collaborate with BD, CS, Marketing and leadership to win.
