Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior People Partner based in the Netherlands to elevate leadership performance, people practices, and org design in a fast-growing, remote-first tech environment. You will partner with senior leaders across functions to guide compensation conversations, change management, and employee relations, while strengthening culture and analytics-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• Five+ years in People Partnering or senior HR role with influence over organizational decisions.
• HR qualification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD or equivalent.
• Experience coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, performance reviews and leadership effectiveness.
• Proven ability to lead complex employee relations cases with fair judgment.
• Experience implementing performance management frameworks and calibration sessions.
• Knowledge of employment legislation in the UK, US, Germany or similar jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting organizational change, restructurings, and process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and apply HR policies consistently across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Advise managers on performance, development, engagement, and team morale.
• Coach through complex conversations, conflict resolution, and feedback delivery.
• Develop manager resources, playbooks, and training materials.
• Support hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, and retention.
• Guide performance management processes and address underperformance.
• Lead sensitive employee relations cases with proper documentation and compliance.
• Improve people policies and ensure consistent cross-geography application.
• Promote inclusive cultures with psychological safety and open communication.
• Translate engagement feedback into practical initiatives to improve culture.
