Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead based in the Netherlands. You will own the digital experience, drive website optimization, lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, and brand positioning across multiple product lines, translating customer insights into messaging and measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands‑on, remote leadership role with autonomy to shape strategy and run experiments from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B or e‑commerce marketing with ownership of website optimization, messaging, lifecycle marketing, or email programs.
• Customer‑centric copywriting grounded in research and feedback.
• Lifecycle marketing experience with measurable revenue activation/retention impact.
• Experimentation and analytics understanding, able to interpret results and act on them.
• End‑to‑end ownership with an autonomous working style.
• Excellent written English for messaging across audiences.
• Experience with hybrid self‑service and sales‑led funnels; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own website strategy, structure, messaging, and conversion performance; run A/B tests and collaborate with design/engineering.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys including onboarding, retention, and repeat purchase flows.
• Develop differentiated product positioning and consistent messaging across channels and tools.
• Plan, write, and optimize lifecycle and marketing emails.
• Translate customer insights into stronger messaging and actionable experiments.
• Measure and report on key metrics like conversion, retention, and CRM performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and product/design/engineering to align marketing with business goals.
