Job summary

Bloom Studios BV is seeking a Founder Associate who supports the founders across strategy, operations, and client communications. The role blends hands-on execution with high-level project leadership, requiring quick adaptation between execution and strategic planning.

Based in Amsterdam with 3 days in-office, you will influence early decisions and shape the operating rhythm of a growing AI content startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, a scale-up, an investment firm, or a startup in a generalist or operations role.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication: client-facing emails, structured briefs, investor-ready summaries.
• Based in or commutable to Amsterdam (min 3 days in-office).
• Legal right to work in The Netherlands – visas not sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Own founder support and operations: track decisions, commitments, and follow‑through across workstreams.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates with structured content.
• Identify process gaps and fix them without being asked twice.
• Manage scheduling and coordination for high-priority external meetings and calls.
• Own client and partner communications, drafting proposals and executive updates.
• Lead discrete strategic projects from scoping to delivery.
