Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams. You will lead technical delivery, shape solutions, prototype rapidly, and apply AI-powered development across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD with governance and security in mind.

You will collaborate across modules, mentor peers, and continuously learn to deliver measurable business value in hybrid client environments.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of ServiceNow industry and project experience.
Platform knowledge: Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
Technical skills: Hands-on with workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer and Now Assist.
Integrations: Experience with third-party integrations, infrastructure operations and migrations.
Delivery methods: Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe.
Communication: Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Mindset: Eager to learn and share knowledge.
Language: Fluent Dutch, spoken and written.
Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Certifications: Several relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

Forward deployed delivery: Lead client-embedded teams and deliver ServiceNow solutions in production.
Problem shaping: Combine business insight with engineering to shape practical solutions.
Rapid prototyping: Build PoCs and MVPs quickly to validate ideas.
AI-powered development: Configure and develop workflows and platform capabilities across modules.
AI and agentic solutions: Deploy Now Assist and AI agents with governance.
Production delivery: Move solutions from prototype to go-live.
High-ambiguity delivery: Thrive with incomplete requirements and experimentation.
Value realisation: Focus on measurable business outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation.
Continuous learning: Stay current on releases and certifications.
Mentoring: Coach colleagues in technical and client-facing skills.
