Accenture is expanding its ServiceNow Business Group in the Netherlands & Nordics and seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes. You will design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions, while collaborating with clients and teams to ensure secure, scalable platforms.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, mentored by experts, and stay current with latest ServiceNow releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methods.
• Experience with integrations to third-party systems.
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Degree in CS or equivalent; multiple ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications aligned with client requirements and best practices.
• Maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, provide ongoing support, and continuously improve solutions.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and certifications.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues to build technical capabilities.
