Accenture NL is expanding its ServiceNow Business Group and seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to help clients transform, innovate, and achieve measurable outcomes. You will work embedded with client teams as technical lead, turning business problems into ServiceNow solutions in production.

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering AI-enabled solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM and HRSD, mentoring colleagues and staying current with releases and certifications to drive impact for global enterprises.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow industry and project experience.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
• Hands-on with workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer and Now Assist.
• Experience with third-party integrations, infrastructure operations and migrations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Dutch, spoken and written.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Several relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

• Forward deployed delivery: Work embedded with client teams as the hands-on technical lead, turning business problems into ServiceNow solutions in production.
• Problem shaping: Combine business process insight with engineering skills to challenge requirements and shape practical solutions.
• Rapid prototyping: Build prototypes, PoCs and MVPs quickly to validate ideas and show value early.
• AI-powered development: Use AI to configure and develop workflows, applications and platform capabilities across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM and HRSD.
• AI and agentic solutions: Deploy Now Assist, AI Agents and agentic workflows that are governed, secure and value-driven.
• Production delivery: Take solutions from prototype through testing, deployment and go-live.
• High-ambiguity delivery: Thrive where requirements are incomplete and rapid experimentation is needed.
• Value realisation: Focus on measurable business outcomes, not just technical requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for delivered solutions.
• Continuous learning: Stay current on ServiceNow releases, AI innovation and certifications.
• Mentoring: Coach colleagues in technical and client-facing skills.
