Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams. You will lead technical delivery, shape solutions, prototype rapidly, and apply AI-powered development across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD with governance and security in mind.

You will collaborate across modules, mentor peers, and continuously learn to deliver measurable business value in hybrid client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of ServiceNow industry and project experience.
• Platform knowledge: Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
• Technical skills: Hands-on with workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer and Now Assist.
• Integrations: Experience with third-party integrations, infrastructure operations and migrations.
• Delivery methods: Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe.
• Communication: Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Mindset: Eager to learn and share knowledge.
• Language: Fluent Dutch, spoken and written.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certifications: Several relevant ServiceNow certifications.

• Forward deployed delivery: Work embedded with client teams as the hands-on technical lead, turning business problems into ServiceNow solutions in production.
• Problem shaping: Combine business process insight with engineering skills to challenge requirements and shape practical solutions.
• Rapid prototyping: Build prototypes, PoCs and MVPs quickly to validate ideas and show value early.
• AI-powered development: Use AI to configure and develop workflows, applications and platform capabilities across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM and HRSD.
• AI and agentic solutions: Deploy Now Assist, AI Agents and agentic workflows that are governed, secure and value-driven.
• Production delivery: Take solutions from prototype through testing, deployment and go-live.
• High-ambiguity delivery: Thrive where requirements are incomplete and rapid experimentation is needed.
