Accenture is expanding its ServiceNow Business Group in the Netherlands & Nordics and seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes. You will design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions, while collaborating with clients and teams to ensure secure, scalable platforms.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, mentored by experts, and stay current with latest ServiceNow releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methods.
• Experience with integrations to third-party systems.
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Degree in CS or equivalent; multiple ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions aligned with client requirements and ServiceNow best practices.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems and platforms.
• Support and Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with ServiceNow releases, innovations, and relevant certifications.
• Mentoring: Support and mentor less experienced colleagues, helping them build their technical capabilities.

Job Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow industry and project experience.
• A solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• A strong willingness to learn and actively share knowledge with others.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methods.
• Experience with infrastructure operations, migrations, and ServiceNow integrations with third‑party systems.
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• A university degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Several relevant ServiceNow certifications.
