Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center is seeking a Food & Beverage Bar Supervisor to lead the hotel bar operations with a passion for hospitality and team empowerment. You will work under the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and a WOW experience.

You will oversee daily bar duties, assist with room service orders, and collaborate to control costs and inventory while maintaining exemplary guest service and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for the daily duties (bar, serving guests, room service support) and other tasks assigned to the role, ensuring timely and professional execution.
• Collaborates with colleagues and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled and performance targets are met.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and best practices, with due diligence and audit-ready documentation.

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team. At our hotel, the Food & Beverage Bar Supervisor:

• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries;


• Takes responsibility for the daily duties (working at and overseeing the hotel bar, serving guests, helping out with room service orders) and other tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner;


• Collaborates with their immediate colleagues and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled and that performance levels are attained;


• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values;


• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
