Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Restaurant, Bar and Meetings & Events outlets. You will inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest experiences in an international airport setting.

You will drive service quality, ensure food safety and brand standards, and collaborate with other departments to create memorable experiences for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop the team.
• Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations and quality standards.
• Hospitality professional in an international, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in daily operations of Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events outlets.

In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in leading the daily operations of our Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events service. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing your team, and continuously improving our Food & Beverage offering while maintaining the highest operational and brand standards.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. Job Description

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and Radisson Hotel Group brand standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, efficiently, and with a guest-first mindset.
• Coordinate the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces according to guest requirements.
• Review, improve, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support menu development, promotions, and Food & Beverage initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture where colleagues can grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
