Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join the housekeeping team in the evenings. You will provide turndown service, refresh rooms, replenish amenities and help maintain public areas to ensure a memorable guest stay.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with weekend and holiday coverage. English communication is essential; Dutch is a plus. Benefits include staff discounts, travel allowances, and free parking or shuttle.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (38 hours per week), including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Reliable, flexible and guest-focused.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential—we are happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service, ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for a restful night.
• Replenish guest amenities and refresh rooms according to Radisson Blu standards.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including restrooms, F&B outlets, hotel entrances, hallways, and staircases.
• Empty, clean, and maintain waste bins throughout the hotel.
• Support the Housekeeping team as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper.
• Transport clean and dirty linen to and from the laundry.
• Assist with loading and unloading external laundry deliveries.
• Transport guest amenities, housekeeping supplies, decorations, and other materials throughout the hotel.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with hotel quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Work together with colleagues to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

As our Turndown Attendant, you play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. During the evening, you will ensure our guest rooms are perfectly prepared for a relaxing night's stay through our turndown service. In addition, you will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas and support the Housekeeping team with a variety of operational tasks. Thanks to your eye for detail and hands-on approach, every guest can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel environment.
