Job summary

Swissôtel Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Front-of-House Supervisor to lead our Royal98 dining team in the heart of Amsterdam. You will oversee the front-of-house staff, ensure seamless service, and help create memorable guest experiences.

You will train and coach colleagues, manage reservations, and handle guest feedback, while supporting the Restaurant Manager on improvement projects. English fluency is essential, with other languages a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain top-notch service and a positive atmosphere.
• Greeting guests and ensuring smooth service to exceed expectations.
