Cygnific, a KLM subsidiary in Amsterdam, seeks energetic travel troubleshooters to assist passengers by phone with bookings, flights, and questions about services. You will learn CRM systems during a paid 8-week training and then work across products through cross-training.

In this role you’ll join an international team, enjoy hybrid work and strong development opportunities, with a supportive, friendly workplace at Westerpark in Amsterdam.

Formación

• At least a level 4 MBO degree or working-and-thinking level.
• Experience in call centers or customer service is preferred.
• English and Finnish flow smoothly when speaking and typing.
• Good understanding of how complex computer systems work.
• Passion for travel, teamwork and an international mindset.
• Flexible, service-oriented and humorous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist passengers by phone with bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and Loyalty program questions.
• Find quick, suitable solutions and exceed passenger expectations.
• Complete a paid 8-week onboarding training at the office, available full-time during training.
• After onboarding, be deployed for different products through cross-training.
