The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Cyber Security projects and services, deep domain knowledge in Cyber Security, and proven expertise and an active network at senior level in the Financial Services industry. This role requires fluency in both English and Dutch, as well as a hands‑on approach to driving opportunities, shaping deals, and navigating the Accenture organization effectively. The candidate must also demonstrate adaptability in fulfilling various sales roles, including bid management, deal shaping, and deal closing, while maintaining strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Origination and Opportunity Development

• Active senior network at Financial Services organizations throughout business, IT, Security and Procurement, specifically at the major Dutch banks.
• Identify and originate high‑value opportunities within the Financial Services sector, targeting large, priority clients specifically in Banking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the Financial Services industry and the Accenture account teams active there.
• Demonstrate advanced origination skills to uncover and develop new business opportunities tailored to the Financial Services domain.

Cyber Security Expertise

• Leverage deep Cyber Security domain knowledge to lead technical and strategic discussions specific to Financial Services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Cyber Security challenges, solutions and regulations relevant to Financial Services.

Deal Management

• Take ownership of driving opportunities through all aspects of the deal process, including origination, solutioning, and closing.
• Shape complex deals within the Accenture context, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Financial Services clients.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven experience in Sales, with a focus on Cyber Security services and solutions.
• Experience in managing complex Security bids both managed services as implementation services.
• Strong domain knowledge in Cyber Security, with expertise in the Financial Services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level priority clients in Financial Services.
• Exceptional origination skills, with a track record of identifying and developing high‑value opportunities in Financial Services.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt your way of working based on different teams and stakeholders.
• Clear ‘driving sales’ skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Accenture’s (or similar) organizational structure and processes.
