Job summary
LA International is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Netherlands (Utrecht area preferred) for a 6-month contract with possible extensions. The role requires 3-5 years of field service experience, with hands-on work across storage and networking platforms.
Travel nationwide is required and travel expenses are covered. Proficiency in Dutch and English, plus experience with ServiceNow, are essential. Training and independent as well as team-based work are expected.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Experience with enterprise storage and infrastructure brands (Pure Storage, Quantum, Dell Storage, HDI, HP).
- Ability to install network devices (Cisco, Meraki) at customer sites/data centers.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience updating tickets in ServiceNow or similar systems.
- Willingness to learn new technologies; attend product trainings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dispatched break-fix and installation services.
- Travel across the Netherlands; travel expenses covered.
- Install network devices at customer sites and data centers.
- Maintain and update tickets in ticketing systems.
