Job summary

EcoFlow seeks an experienced After-Sales Technical Support Specialist to deliver online and on-site services for our home energy storage products in the Netherlands. You will resolve customer issues and collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online and on-site after-sales technical services for home energy storage products in the Netherlands.
• Resolve customer technical issues and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Gather field-reported product issues and escalate to HQ teams as needed.
• Maintain localized FAQs and on-site operation guidelines; implement repair manuals from HQ.
• Conduct new-product and thematic technical training for local channels and installers via remote and on-site sessions.
