Job description

For this position, we are specifically looking for a candidate with Dutch nationality.

GI Group is recruiting for one of its clients newly established in the Netherlands, a fast‑growing international company specializing in the lifecycle management of high‑precision electronic and medical equipment.

To support the expansion of its Medical Devices division, we are looking for two Field Service Engineers:

  • One based near Amsterdam

These roles involve working directly at customer sites (hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities) and performing high‑precision maintenance on advanced biomedical equipment.

Your Mission

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and calibration of a wide range of medical devices. This includes high‑precision systems such as pathology scanners, AED devices, therapeutic bathtubs, and other specialized biomedical equipment.

You will operate autonomously in your region and act as a key technical point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain medical devices with a strong focus on precision and reliability
  • Perform fine‑tuned maintenance and heavy calibration processes requiring high technical rigor
  • Conduct remote diagnostics and first‑level troubleshooting
  • Ensure equipment compliance with technical and safety standards
  • Produce accurate service and intervention reports
  • Follow company and customer procedures with strict discipline
  • Share technical knowledge with colleagues and support continuous improvement
  • Provide field feedback to management and contribute to service excellence

You will receive manufacturer training and certifications (1 day to 3 weeks), delivered remotely or onsite across Europe.

Your Profile
