Job summary

RECUP is seeking a proactive Field Sales Manager to drive new partnerships with cafés, bakeries and lunchrooms in Amsterdam, with expansion to the rest of the Netherlands. You’ll own the pipeline from day one, using outbound calls and visits to close deals end-to-end and ensure a strong start for new partners.

• At least 1 year of sales experience, outbound preferred.
• Ability to work from Amsterdam office four days a week.
• Proactive, resilient, and target-driven.
• Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads with outbound calls and visits.
• Close deals end-to-end from first contact to contract.
• Track meetings and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Represent RECUP at events.
