Zusammenfassung

SumUp in Amsterdam is seeking a Field Sales Regional Manager to own the performance of four hubs in the Netherlands. You will coach Territory Managers, lead the launch of The Hague and Eindhoven hubs, and standardize coaching and reporting across all locations.

The role requires strong sales leadership, experience scaling multi-site operations, and fluency in English with regular travel across the Netherlands. Office-based with regional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive sales leadership experience, including regional or multi-site responsibility.
• Experience coaching and managing field sales managers or Territory Managers.
• Track record of opening new hubs or territories while scaling sales operations.
• Strong forecast, pipeline management and profitability understanding; comfortable with sales data.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of day-to-day performance in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, driving sales productivity.
• Lead the launch of two new hubs (The Hague and Eindhoven) from hire/training to operation.
• Coach and support Territory Managers to lead their field sales consultants.
• Create a consistent coaching, reporting and tracking approach across all four hubs.
• Grow sales while managing CAC, payback and margins.
• Keep stakeholders across Sales, Operations, People, Finance, Marketing and Product updated on regional progress.
