Job summary

Fresha in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Manager to own relationships with Fresha's customers, drive platform adoption and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Account Manager Team Lead to build strong partner relationships and maximise monetisation across the Fresha platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Account Management or partner-facing role with a track record of building strong partner relationships and driving commercial growth.
• A proactive, growth mindset with a genuine appetite for learning and continuous development.
• Experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred, with a consultative and value-driven approach.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
• A genuine interest in the beauty, wellness and self-care space.

Responsibilities

• Partner onboarding to Fresha and Fresha Pay features, helping partners derive value from the platform from day one.
• Optimize partner profiles and revenue strategies to increase monetisation and drive growth.
• Educate and convert partner accounts onto Fresha’s native payment processing solutions and premium features.
• Manage a portfolio of partners with tailored, consultative support.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships as a strategic partner throughout their Fresha journey.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Migration and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience.
