Job summary

SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Regional Manager for the Netherlands to drive performance across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven. You will own hub operations, hire and train new teams, and coach Territory Managers to scale field sales across the country.

Fluent English is required and regular travel across the Netherlands is expected. The role offers an office-first setup with an Amsterdam base and ongoing expansion into new hubs.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales leadership experience including regional or multi-site responsibility.
• Experience coaching and managing field sales managers or Territory Managers.
• Track record of opening new hubs or territories while scaling operations.
• Strong commercial understanding of forecasting, pipeline management and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day performance in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, driving sales productivity.
• Lead the launch of two new hubs, The Hague and Eindhoven, from hiring to launch.
• Coach Territory Managers to lead field sales consultants effectively.
• Create a consistent coaching, reporting and performance-tracking approach across all four hubs.
• Grow sales across SumUp's products while maintaining healthy CAC, payback and margins.
• Keep stakeholders in Sales, Operations, People, Finance, Marketing and Product updated on regional progress.
