Job summary

RECUP is expanding its Netherlands team with a Field Sales Manager based in Amsterdam. You will drive outbound outreach, follow up on marketing leads, and close partnerships with cafés, bakeries, and lunchrooms.

You will use HubSpot to track progress and ensure a strong start for new partners, while representing RECUP at events and building the network across the Netherlands. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, native Dutch and fluent English, and a willingness to be in the

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Native Dutch and fluent English.
• Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
• Willing to be in Amsterdam office four days a week or perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing leads and generate new ones through outbound calls and visits.
• Close deals from A to Z, from initial contact to signed contract.
• Ensure the new partner has a successful first month after closing.
• Track every meeting and deal in HubSpot to stay aligned with targets.
• Represent RECUP at events.
