Job summary

reCup GmbH is expanding RECUP reuse in the Netherlands and Belgium. We seek a proactive Field Sales Manager to start in Amsterdam and build our partner network with cafés, bakeries and lunchrooms.

You’ll own the pipeline, close deals from first contact to signed contracts, and ensure a successful first month for every new partner. The role emphasizes new business acquisition, outbound outreach, and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience.
• Proactive, persistent, and able to open doors in a competitive market.
• Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing leads and generate your own via outbound calls and visits.
• Close deals from initial contact to signed contract.
• Onboard new partners and ensure a successful first month.
• Track meetings and deals in HubSpot and manage your pipeline.
• Represent RECUP at events and accelerate partner acquisition.
