Job summary

Maersk in Rotterdam is seeking a FCL MOF/LCL Operations Associate to manage end-to-end shipment processes for FCL and LCL across Benelux. You will monitor orders, respond to customers via email, phone or chat, and be the primary face of Maersk for client relationships.

The role requires experience in shipping and logistics, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A hybrid work setup with some home days is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment process for FCL and LCL (import/export).
• Monitor Ocean transport orders and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or chat.
• Be the face of Maersk to customers and build strong relationships.
• Prepare transport and customs documents; find supply chain improvements.
• Handle shipment financials.
