Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) is seeking an ambitious F&B Supervisor to lead the front-of-house during service, keeping energy high and the flow smooth. You will guide the team on the floor, support training, and ensure daily operations run like a well-oiled machine.

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams, you’ll help guests feel welcome, stay calm under pressure, and maintain service consistency across shifts. This is a dynamic, multinational environment that values hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Confident leading a team during service.
• Clear communication and staying calm when things get busy.
• Eye for detail and consistent service.
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing approach.
• Ability to lead by example and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; extra languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide crew on the floor, helping them solve issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing.
