Job summary

The-Social-Hub in Eindhoven seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house during service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to train new staff and maintain high hospitality standards.

You’ll coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams, guide the team, and stay composed during busy periods to deliver attentive service for guests from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Confidence leading a team during service.
• Clear communication under busy conditions.
• Eye for detail and consistency in service.
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing approach.
• Ability to lead by example across teams.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide the floor crew and help solve on-the-spot issues.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure smooth daily operations: setups, stock, cleanliness, safety.
• Be present on the floor, engage with guests, and assist as needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and report irregularities.
