The Social Hub is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead multi-outlet operations across restaurant, bar, café and events, ensuring guest-first service and consistent quality. You will partner with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen, manage budgets and people, and drive innovations that enhance guest experiences while building a strong, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
• Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership are key.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable experiences.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Emotional intelligence and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across all F&B venues to deliver smooth, guest-first operations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams for seamless coordination.
• Maintain top-tier service standards and ensure outlets meet quality, consistency, and guest-satisfaction targets.
• Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and drive improvements that wow.
• Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs aligned with market trends and brand identity.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L performance, taking action to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop promotions and activations with marketing to boost revenue and visibility.
• Support and energize team training, development, and performance, building a strong culture.
