Job summary

Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire is seeking a full-time F&B Supervisor to lead the service team across shifts, ensure top guest experiences, and stay visible on the floor as a hands-on leader.

You will assign tasks, coach staff, monitor service quality, handle guest requests and complaints, and uphold HACCP and safety standards in a fast-paced setting, while supporting a welcoming guest environment and team development.
