Job summary

Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire is seeking a Hospitality Duty Manager (40 hours) to lead daily operations, guide the team, and ensure a superior guest experience. You’ll be the on-floor face of the hotel, making decisions, resolving issues, and driving service excellence across departments.

Ideal candidates are guest-oriented, service-driven, and thrive under pressure, with strong planning and communication skills. English required; Spanish/Dutch and Papiamentu knowledge are valued assets.
