Job summary

Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire is seeking a hands-on Facility Employee to maintain pools, gardens, and resort facilities. You will work outdoors, stay active, and help ensure clean, safe spaces that guests love.

You will perform daily cleaning and maintenance, operate pool systems after training, care for pool decks and furniture, and support a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. English and Spanish are preferred, Dutch or Papiamentu a plus.

Qualifications

• Outdoor, hands-on work mindset with attention to detail.
• Reliable, responsible and proactive team member.
• Willingness to learn pool systems and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining resort and villa pools.
• Using pool chemicals correctly according to safety procedures.
• Operating and maintaining pool pumps and filtration systems (after training).
• Maintaining pool decks, surrounding areas, and gardens.
• Cleaning and maintaining pool furniture and related equipment.
• Cleaning and maintaining the pier and surrounding facilities.
