Job summary

DC Global Talent Inc. is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for a premier resort in the Dutch Caribbean. You will oversee all food and beverage operations across three outlets and lead with a strong floor presence to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proven track record in multi-outlet operations, and the ability to mentor staff while driving profitability and standards in a dynamic island resort environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or senior F&B leader within a resort or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Strong multi-outlet operational experience.
• Hands-on management style with a visible floor presence and guest focus.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience working in the Caribbean and/or remote island destinations is highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to the cultural and operational dynamics of island hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of all F&B outlets.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards across all venues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental management and line staff.
• Drive operational efficiencies, productivity, and service consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary leadership to maintain quality standards and outlet performance.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory controls, and departmental profitability.
• Implement and improve operational procedures and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive and motivated team culture within a multicultural environment.
