Job summary

Blue Bay Curaçao Beach & Golf Resort in Curaçao is seeking an F&B Operations Manager to lead daily operations of all F&B outlets, drive exceptional guest experiences, and uphold high service standards across multiple venues. You will be visible on the floor, coaching teams and ensuring smooth, profitable service.

The role requires at least 3 years in F&B leadership, a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, strong financial acumen, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in F&B operations in high-end environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet operations.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; Spanish and Papiamentu are a plus.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all F&B outlets to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead and coach outlet managers, supervisors and teams on floor.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling and staffing levels.
• Maintain service quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Support strategic initiatives and participate in management meetings.
