Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation across Café Kolo, Fresku and the Event Centre. You will drive service quality, guest experience and commercial performance, balancing operational excellence with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifikationen

• MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
• Completed education in Hotel/ Hospitality Management or similar.
• Extensive leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or hotel industry.
• Experience with events, weddings, and event operations.
• Extensive budget responsibility and commercial management.
• Good command of Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the operational F&B departments: restaurant service, bar, pool service, banqueting, and room service.
• Ensure service quality, guest experience, and hospitality standards.
• Translate concepts to daily operations and brand positioning.
• Be responsible for revenue, profitability, and quality targets within F&B.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cost control, and productivity.
• Initiate commercial activities to increase revenue and guest spending.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
• Coach, motivate, and develop supervisors and employees in F&B.
• Contribute to growth of Event Centre and new hospitality concepts.
• Represent F&B in the management team and act as Manager On Duty.
