Job summary

Chogogo on Bonaire is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Sunset Restaurant & Bar and Barí Beach Bar, directing supervisors and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the F&B Manager and kitchen team to plan, train, schedule, manage inventory and HACCP compliance, while energising a high‑volume operation with coaching and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Supervisors and service teams across Sunset & Barí.
• Create schedules in Dyflexis and organize supervisor meetings.
• Train, coach and develop team members and future leaders.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage purchasing, inventory and supplier relationships together with the F&B Manager.
• Oversee reservations, guest reviews and operational communication.
• Prepare daily planning, task distribution and staffing schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness, atmosphere, presentation and HACCP compliance.
• Open and close the venues, including financial closing procedures.
• Adjust staffing and operations based on business levels.
• Manage administrative tasks such as attendance, sick leave and deliveries.
