The Social Hub in Maastricht is seeking an F&B Supervisor to guide the front-of-house team across shifts, while supporting Front Office operations as needed. You’ll collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, onboard new staff, and ensure smooth service with guest-focused energy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in senior waiter/barista/bartender roles, strong leadership, and excellent English and Dutch communication.

Competenze

• 1-2 years experience in senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• You communicate clearly and stay calm when busy.
• You lead by example and are guest-facing.

Mansioni

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive tone.
• Guide crew on the floor and resolve issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, engage with guests and assist where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on irregularities.
• Share shift targets and motivate the team to reach them.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support Front Office operations as needed during your shift.
