Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and safeguard guest experiences across outlets in our Netherlands properties.

You will drive daily operations, coach staff, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with kitchen and other departments to deliver seamless hospitality. A dynamic, guest-focused leader with strong English communication is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants.
• Strong focus on service, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Able to lead by example and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team during daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all F&B outlets.
• Coach and develop team members to build confidence and skills.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with Minor Hotels standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, Front Office, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and special occasions.
