Job summary

The Social Hub in Maastricht (hiring through Hosco) seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead outlets across restaurant, bar, café and events. You’ll work with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service, kitchen alignment, and a high-energy, guest-centric operation.

With at least 2 years of multi-outlet F&B leadership, you’ll manage budgets, drive guest satisfaction, and develop teams. Fluent in English and Dutch, you're a coach, strategist and hands-on leader ready to elevate experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
• Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across F&B venues to deliver guest-first operations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams for seamless coordination.
• Maintain top-tier service standards and ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and brand identity.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L performance, then take action to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop promotions and activations in partnership with marketing to boost revenue and visibility.
• Support and energize team training, development, and performance, building a strong, positive culture.
