The 51 is seeking a Floor Manager F&B to act as the operational heartbeat of the venue in Amsterdam. You will lead both service and kitchen teams, ensuring top quality and energy throughout the day while driving guest experiences and local engagement.

You will bring energy, ownership, and fresh ideas to continuously improve The 51 as a local hotspot. This part-time role requires hands-on leadership and a commercial mindset to grow the concept.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience required.
• Natural leader who supports the team.
• Commercial mindset focused on results.
• Energetic, hands-on, and team-driven.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Experience with P&L and targets.
• Available for flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a F&B team.
• Be visible in the restaurant and jump in when needed.
• Create and manage weekly team schedules.
• Create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Build connections with guests, locals, and the neighborhood.
• Improve revenue and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the General Manager.
• Bring creative ideas to life and help make The 51 even better.
