Generator Amsterdam is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our vibrant kitchen and bar teams. You will ensure excellent guest service, oversee service standards, and support with cost controls and safety compliance in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You are organised, people-focused, and comfortable mentoring staff while delivering on revenue goals. This is a full-time on-site role in Amsterdam, offering the chance to contribute to Europe’s fastest-moving

Qualifications

• Appropriate experience in F&B within a hospitality setting.
• Strong focus on guest service and delivery of a memorable experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop service teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B management team to run a smooth operation and deliver excellent service.
• Support revenue, cost, and teamwork objectives with initiative and commitment.
• Own the guest journey to create a truly unique Generator experience.
• Respond quickly to customer requests with a can-do attitude and ensure safety compliance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the F&B menu and supervise staff training.
