Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking an F&B Team Leader to guide daily service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events from the floor. You will mentor the team, ensure high service standards, and collaborate with kitchen and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent English communication, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a hotel or high-volume environment.
• Ready to take the first or next step into a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to lead from the floor.
• Organised, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events.
• Act as the first point of contact on shift for the F&B team.
• Ensure service standards, presentation, and guest experience are consistently met.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job coaching to team members.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow.
• Assist with shift planning, handovers, and operational communication.
• Handle guest feedback proactively and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Step in operationally where needed and remain flexible across service styles and volumes.
